Workforce Management - Capacity Planner

This role will be responsible for generating reports and analyzing customer impacting metrics including service rates, performance metrics, call center traffic, staff productivity, and call patterns.  The Capacity Planner will be responsible for identifying optimal staffing levels, working with Workforce Management software to provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual projections of call volume, average handle time and capacity requirements.

The Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for the overall implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Synchronoss' Data Center/Hosting/ASP IT Tier 3 architecture.  The DBA will support the Synchronoss development team in efforts to sustain production application systems and maintain and upgrade code in these environments.
