PJ Hilbert

Executive Vice President, Global Operations/Chief Service Officer

PJ Hilbert joined Synchronoss in October, 2010. Ms. Hilbert is responsible for directing Synchronoss' Global Client Services organization. Prior to joining Synchronoss, Ms. Hilbert served as Managing Director/Global Client Service and Offshore Operations at JP Morgan Chase Treasury and Securities Services (TSS), where she led a global team deployed in 20 countries. Ms. Hilbert also initiated and directed the TSS badged and vendor offshore operations in India and the Philippines and served on the Board of Directors of JP Morgan Services India Private Limited. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Ms. Hilbert served as Vice President - Customer Relationship Management for AT&T where she directed Long Distance and Local Services ordering, project management, provisioning, maintenance, account inquiry and billing dispute resolution for enterprise customers.

Ms. Hilbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Clarion University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
