Quality Analyst

Ability to carry out procedures to ensure internally developed software applications meet company standards as well as customer requirements. Assist in the on-going development and implementation of QA policies and procedures. Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodology from development through test to production.

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will possess 3+ years of development in Java and is responsible for the prototype, functional analysis and integration of the Synchronoss product suite. Experience with N-Tier architectures, Java Community Process, Open Software communities; knowledge of configuring one or more web servers; Java EE application servers.

Program Manager

The Program Manager will bring a demonstrated ability of building and nurturing client relationships. Works directly with clients to solve their strategic business issues and problems. Ability to identify new business opportunities and sell company products and services into an account. Responsible for proposal generation, project staffing, revenue forecasting, and utilization across STI's business practices.

Business Analyst

The BA will work across a number of teams to execute different work streams with respect to a project. Assists in the ordering of services, the implementation of services at sites, and the follow up and resolution of satisfaction issues. In addition, the BA will assist Program Managers and Directors in the preparation of high level assessment, proposal and assessment documents.
