Daniel W. Rizer joined Synchronoss in November 2008. Mr. Rizer will lead the direction and execution of Synchronoss’ strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and the creation of new channel development activities. Prior to joining Synchronoss, from 2005 to November 2008, Mr. Rizer held various executive positions with Motrocity Inc., with the last position being Chief Operating Officer. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Rizer was with IBM, where he had responsibility for IBM’s services business for Verizon and Verizon Wireless. Prior to IBM, Mr. Rizer was a Partner in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech Strategy practice, where he worked with many of the leading carriers in North America and Europe.

Mr. Rizer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
