
X-Play Position Paper

Communication service providers (CSPs) are very quickly transitioning from offering individual services such as basic voice, video, high speed access and wireless to integrating, marketing and selling complex combinations or bundles. These offerings, variously defined as Triple-Play or Quad-Play services can be summed up as an X-Play strategy. However, CSPS must move from delivering bundled, yet still siloed services to fully integrating the delivery, activation, fulfillment and invoicing for such offerings to realize their full business potential of a true X-Play.
