Lawrence Irving has over 25 years of financial and telecommunications experience. Mr. Irving has served as CFO and Treasurer since joining Synchronoss in July, 2001 and oversees all financial, human resources, and strategic planning activities. Prior to joining, Mr. Irving served as CFO and Treasurer for both publicly traded companies and venture-backed companies, with the most recent being CommTech Corporation, a telecommunications software provider that was acquired by ADC Telecommunications. Prior to CommTech, Mr. Irving had served as CFO of Holmes Protection Group, a publicly traded company which was acquired by Tyco International. In addition, he held extensive financial management and business development responsibilities at various companies. Mr. Irving is a certified public accountant and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Irving received a degree in accounting from Pace University.
